15.5.2015: Kundenservice - Tourismus - Auckland

We require a full time Customer Service Assistant for our Auckland CBD office to start 29th of June 2015.

To be considered you must:
• Have extensive knowledge of the German culture and language
• Possess excellent communication and English skills
• Have knowledge of the French culture and language as a plus
• Be confident in conducting presentations
• Be a permanent resident or intend to live in NZ permanently (this is not intended as a temporary position)
• Have experience in a similar role
• Have knowledge of the backpacker industry
• Be reliable and well presented
• Have strong organizational skills
• Have the ability to multi-task
• Possess strong computer skills
• Be dedicated
• Have a friendly/positive attitude and a passion for customer service
• Be a team player and able to relate to a wide range of people!

Working hours will be Monday to Friday from 9.30am – 5.30pm.
